ECO4 Scheme
ECO4 is the fourth phase of the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme, which is a government-funded initiative that aims to make UK homes more energy-efficient and tackle fuel poverty. The ECO4 scheme is set to run from 2022 to 2026.

FAQs About Our Services
Do you take any deposit?
We require no deposit but require payment on completion of satisfied works.
Does it cost anything for a quote?
All quotations are free, valid for three months and completely non-obligatory.
What kind of insulation do you use?
We use various system designs, Loft Knauf earthwool – Underfloor Knauf OmniFit and Earthwool – Internal Wall and Room in roof we use Superfoil system design.
Does insulation make a difference?
Loft insulation is the most cost effective energy saving measure you can install in your home and makes a huge difference to the heat loss in your property. Underfloor insulation is a simple yet very effective way to prevent heat loss and can be felt instantly. This will allow your home to hold its heat for much longer once your heating goes off.
How long does an insulation job take?
A full detail of works will be carried out on site with a trained surveyor who will also estimate the duration of works.
What happens if any of my pipes or electrics are damaged during installation?
Although rare, accidents can happen when working in dark and confined spaces. If anything like this does happen, you can rest assured that we will rectify the issue or pay for a professional to attend if required giving you complete peace of mind.
How long does the insulation last for?
Loft and underfloor insulation will last for at least 50 years if undisturbed.
Do I get a certificate of completion?
We provide you with a certificate showing the work has been done professionally as well as pictures of all the different areas that we have insulated. If you provide these to the surveyor doing your home report/EPC they will add the measures and this will improve your homes energy rating.
Does the insulation help with noise?
Our standard insulation will help with noise entering from below or outside your home but we do also install specific high performance soundproofing insulation in floors and ceilings if this is your main concern.

What is your
EPS rating?
The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating is a measure of how energy-efficient a property is. The rating is based on the difference in expected annual energy bills between the starting SAP rating of the domestic premises (pre-retrofit) and its finishing SAP rating (post-retrofit)
The EPC rating ranges from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). The average rating for a property in England and Wales is D.
The ECO4 scheme requires that properties have an EPC rating of E, F, or G to be eligible for funding.
